How LiveGood Affiliates Actually Get Paid

LiveGood.fans Team

There are seven ways to earn through the LiveGood compensation plan. Some pay weekly, some pay monthly, and some only start mattering once you've put in real time. Here's the whole picture in one place — with exact numbers, no hype.

Before anything else: this post explains how the plan works. It is not a promise about what you will earn. Most affiliates in any program earn modest amounts, and a small number earn more. Your results depend on your effort, your audience, and a lot of things outside any company's control. With that out of the way — let's get into it.

The starting numbers

  • Membership: $9.95 per month (or a yearly option)
  • Affiliate sign-up fee: $40.00 (one time)
  • Combined enrollment (member + affiliate): $49.95

Affiliates progress through seven ranks: Unranked, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Crown Diamond. Rank affects how many levels deep you earn on most streams — the higher you go, the wider your paycheck gets. (Rank qualification requirements are maintained separately by LiveGood; see the official rank advancement page on LiveGood.com for the current thresholds.)

1. Fast Start Commissions (paid weekly)

When someone you've referred — or someone in your downline has referred — signs up, a one-time bonus pays out the following week.

  • New member referral: $5
  • New affiliate referral: $20
  • Combined (member + affiliate): $25

That total gets split down through the enrollment tree according to this table:

53%3%3%
62%2%2%
72%2%2%
81%1%
91%1%
101%1%

Fast Start is the fastest cashflow in the plan. It's also one-shot per signup — the real long-term income comes from what's next.

2. Matrix Commissions (paid monthly)

This is the recurring residual layer. LiveGood uses a 2x15 matrix — two people wide, fifteen levels deep. Every paid membership inside your matrix pays you 2.50% per level across all fifteen levels.

A filled matrix at each rank pays out, monthly:

RankMaximum Monthly Matrix Earnings
Unranked$2,047.50
Bronze$4,095.50
Silver$4,095.50
Gold$8,191.50
Platinum$8,191.50
Diamond$16,383.50

Two timing notes that trip people up:

  • Matrix commissions are paid the first week of each month for the previous month's volume.
  • A new member's first month's membership pays only through Fast Start. Matrix volume starts accumulating on a member's second month and beyond.

3. Matching Bonuses (paid monthly)

This is where the plan starts to compound for affiliates who build teams. You match a percentage of the matrix commissions earned by people in your enrollment tree — up to five enrollment generations deep, depending on your rank.

Any rank50%
Silver50%10%10%
Gold50%5%5%5%
Platinum50%5%5%5%5%
Diamond50%3%3%3%3%

Example from LiveGood's own materials: if you have 10 personally enrolled affiliates each earning $6,000/month in their matrix, your 50% match on those ten people pays $30,000/month. Whether that example is realistic for you depends entirely on whether you build that team — but the math itself is straightforward.

Matching pays the first week of each month, starting your second month.

4. Retail Commissions (paid weekly)

When someone who isn't a member buys a LiveGood product at retail, the difference between the retail price and the member price gets split: 50% goes to the referring affiliate, 50% stays with the company.

Example: retail price $24, member price $16, difference $8 — affiliate earns $4 on that sale.

Retail commissions pass down through the same level table as Fast Start (levels 1–10, varying by rank). They pay weekly on the same schedule.

5. Customer Acquisition Bonuses (paid weekly)

When a new retail customer places their first order, 10% of that order is paid out as a Customer Acquisition Bonus, distributed through the same level table as Fast Start.

Two limits to know:

  • One order per household qualifies.
  • First orders are paid out on up to $300 worth of products.

Paid weekly alongside Fast Start and Retail Commissions.

6. Influencer Bonuses (the volume scaler)

This is the stream designed for affiliates who genuinely move retail product — the people who treat this like a real product business rather than a recruiting funnel.

The baseline is 50% of the member/retail price difference (covered above). On top of that, your personal retail volume in a given month unlocks an additional commission percentage:

Monthly Personal Retail VolumeAdditional CommissionTotal Commission on Difference
$2,50010%60%
$5,00020%70%
$10,00030%80%
$25,00040%90%
$50,00050%100%

Worked example from LiveGood: if you generate $25,000+ in personal retail volume in a month with a member-price total of $17,000 (a difference of $8,000), you'd earn the 50% retail commission ($4,000) plus the 40% influencer add-on ($3,200), for $7,200 that month from this stream alone.

7. Company Bonus Pools (Diamond and Crown Diamond only)

The top two ranks share in company-wide revenue pools:

  • Diamond Pool: 2% of total membership and product sales, split among all qualified Diamonds.
  • Crown Diamond Pool: 0.5% of total membership and product sales, split among all qualified Crown Diamonds.

Example: a $20 million revenue month means a $100,000 Crown Diamond pool. Split among 5 qualified Crown Diamonds, each gets $20,000 from that pool for that month.

So how do affiliates actually make money?

If you read the seven streams above and tried to do them all at once, you'd burn out. Here's the realistic order most successful affiliates seem to grow into:

  1. Use the products yourself first. Nothing else in this plan works if you can't honestly recommend what's on the shelves.
  2. Refer a handful of retail customers. Retail Commissions and Customer Acquisition Bonuses start paying you weekly without requiring a downline. This also builds the volume base that later unlocks Influencer Bonuses.
  3. Refer a few members. Fast Start gives you a quick weekly win; Matrix starts building your monthly residual once those members hit their second month.
  4. Help the people you referred do the same. This is where Matching Bonuses kick in — your income starts compounding on your team's effort, not just your own.
  5. Grow into rank. Higher ranks unlock more levels of Fast Start, deeper Matching generations, and (eventually) the Diamond/Crown Diamond pools.

Notice what's not in that list: chasing rank for its own sake, recruiting people who can't or won't use the products, or pretending the matrix will fill itself. The plan is generous to people who build a real customer base. It is not generous to people who only build a downline.

LiveGood crossed two million members in under three years — faster than any company in the history of network marketing. If the compensation plan above raised more questions than it answered, the LiveGood Tour is the next step.

The tour is a short, self-paced video walkthrough that covers the company, the products, the compensation plan, and where things are heading next. No live call, no pitch from a stranger, no commitment — you watch it on your own time and decide for yourself.

Earnings disclaimer

The numbers in this post are commission percentages, payout caps, and worked examples from LiveGood's published compensation plan. They describe what the plan can pay — not what the average affiliate does earn. Most participants in any affiliate program earn modest amounts, and many earn little or nothing in their first months. Income depends on time invested, market conditions, and individual effort.
