Privacy Policy
Summary
We collect what we need to sell you a t-shirt, send you our newsletter, and — if you decide to become a LiveGood affiliate — connect you to the training tools that come with it. We don't sell your data. We don't track you across the internet. If you want it deleted, email us.
Who we are
LiveGood Fans is an independent affiliate site — not operated by LiveGood Inc. We sell promotional merchandise and provide training resources for the LiveGood affiliate community.

What we collect
- When you join our newsletter: your email address, and your name if you give it. We also tag where you signed up from (homepage, training page, etc.) so we know what brought you in.
- When you place an order: your name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone (if you give it), and the items you bought. Payment card information is handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store it.
- When you visit: basic server logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for security and troubleshooting. We don't currently use third-party analytics. If we add them, this page will be updated.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted vendors to run the site. Each only sees what they need to do their job:
- Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
- Resend — sending welcome and newsletter email (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy)
- Linode — hosting our servers (linode.com/legal-privacy)
- Printify — fulfilling our print-on-demand merchandise orders (printify.com/legal/privacy-policy)
If you become a LiveGood affiliate through us
If you decide to sign up as a LiveGood affiliate, we'll pass three things to our sister site livegoodpartners.com: your name, your email address, and the fact that you're an affiliate. That's all. They use it to give you access to training and tools built for affiliates. We don't share anything else — not your address, not your purchase history, not your tag data.
You can opt out of this transfer by emailing privacy@livegood.fans before you sign up.
What happens when you click through to LiveGood.com
Some links on this site go to LiveGood.com. Once you click through, you're on their site and their privacy policy applies. We don't share anything with LiveGood Inc. unless you sign up there directly — at that point you're giving them your information, not us.
We don't sell your data
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We don't trade lists with anyone. We use what you give us to ship orders and send the emails you signed up for. That's the deal.
How long we keep it
- Newsletter subscriber records: until you unsubscribe, plus a short window to honor the unsubscribe.
- Order records: seven years, for tax and accounting compliance.
- Server logs: 30 days.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can email privacy@livegood.fans and ask us to:
- Tell you what we have on you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete it
- Send you a copy in a portable format
We respond within 30 days. Depending on your state (California, Texas, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others), you may have additional rights — we honor those too. Just ask.
Cookies
We use cookies for things the site needs to work — keeping you logged in, remembering your cart. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser's "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals are respected.
If you're on our newsletter, every email has an unsubscribe link. Click it once and you're off the list. We honor unsubscribes immediately and certainly within the 10 business days required by CAN-SPAM.
Children
This site isn't for kids under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us their information, email us and we'll delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your information: HTTPS everywhere, encrypted database connections, restricted admin access, regular updates. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously.
Changes
If we change this policy in any meaningful way, we'll update the "Last updated" date below and — for material changes — email the people on our newsletter list before the change takes effect.
