By using this site, buying merchandise, or joining our newsletter, you're agreeing to these terms. They're written in plain English. If something here doesn't sit right, don't use the site.
Who we are
LiveGood Fans is an independent affiliate site selling promotional merchandise and providing training resources for the LiveGood affiliate community. We're not LiveGood Inc., and nothing on this site is an official LiveGood communication.
Buying merchandise
How orders work
Our gear is print-on-demand. After you order, we send the file to our fulfillment partner, who prints, packs, and ships it. Production typically takes 3–7 business days, then shipping takes another 3–10 depending on where you are. Tracking goes out by email when your order ships.
Returns and exchanges
Because items are made-to-order, we can't accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong size when a size chart was provided, or color preference. We absolutely do replace or refund anything that arrives defective, damaged, or wrong — email hello@livegood.fans with your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept the payment methods Stripe supports. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.
Training and content
The training pages, blog posts, and resources on this site are educational, not financial or medical advice. We share what's worked for us and for members of the LiveGood community.
No income guarantees. Building income as a LiveGood affiliate takes effort, time, and persistence. Some people do extremely well. Some people quit after a month. Most are somewhere in between. We can't promise you any particular outcome, and anyone who does is lying. Your results depend on what you put in.
No medical claims. LiveGood sells wellness products. We don't make health claims about them, and you shouldn't rely on anything you read here to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Talk to a doctor.
If you become a LiveGood affiliate
If you sign up as a LiveGood affiliate through our links, your business relationship is with LiveGood Inc. — not with us. Their terms govern your affiliate account, your payouts, and what you can and can't say while promoting their products. We're here to help you learn the ropes; we're not responsible for your business decisions or what LiveGood does with your account.
You agree to follow LiveGood's policies and applicable laws — including the FTC Endorsement Guides — in any promotion you do. That means disclosing your affiliate status when you recommend products, not making income claims you can't back up, and not making health claims about LiveGood products.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site to:
- Scrape our content, product data, or subscriber list
- Spam, attack, or otherwise interfere with the site
- Impersonate another person or business
- Use our brand or content to mislead people
If we catch you doing any of the above, we'll close your account and, if appropriate, report it.
Intellectual property
Our designs, copy, logos, and site content belong to us. The LiveGood name and logo belong to LiveGood Inc. Don't reuse our material commercially without permission.
Limitation of liability
We provide this site "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and online, but we can't promise it'll be perfect or available 100% of the time. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for anything related to this site or your use of it is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last twelve months, and we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our business is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date below will reflect the latest version. Material changes will be announced to our newsletter list before they take effect.
